Monday & Saturday

Dance Fitness — Hip-Hop · Salsa · Urban

High-energy, choreography-driven cardio that doesn't feel like a workout. All levels welcome — no dance experience required.

Wednesday

Cardio & Toning — 30/30

30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of targeted strength toning for the whole body — balanced, full-body programming in one class.
